Just steps from West Dennis Beach in West Dennis, Beauty and the Beach has been part of the Cape Cod community for over four decades. Today, under Erica’s leadership, we continue that tradition with a relaxed, “come as you are” approach to great hair.
We offer cuts, color, extensions, and foliage in an oceanside setting that feels comfortable and welcoming. Professional technique, real conversations, and a style that fits your life—that's what we’re about.

Who We Are
Erica Servidori
Owner
Erica has been licensed for over 20 years, after having attended Blaine in Hyannis, winning wards in Foiling, and Creativity. Erica joined Beauty and the Beach over 4 years ago and took over the salon in May of 2025, proudly upholding the tradition of the business being sold to a stylist.
Erica specializes and loves creating custom colors for her clients and educating on how to wear and style the hair. In her downtime, Erica likes crafting, reading fantasy novels on her Kindle, and soaking up some Vitamin D at the beach. After having moved around a ton, Erica has called the Cape home for over 20 years.
Laura Holzrichter
Stylist
Laura graduated from the lower Cape Tech school with her Cosmetology license in 1982. She won the award for Most Professional, and she has continued to be so. She joined Beauty and the Beach over 7 years ago, after having previously worked in Chatham and Harwich. Laura specializes in custom cuts. She loves doing long, soft layers, short tapered cuts, and bobs.
In her off time, Laura enjoys some time alone with a little glass of wine and a good book, or thrift shopping. Laura has a huge heart and loves taking care of those closest to her and describes herself and an extroverted introvert.
